MISSION STATEMENT
Kline’s Services is a team committed to exceeding customers’ expectations by “Doing the Job Right!”
VISION STATEMENT
- We’re a renewable energy company dedicated to a sustainable future. We know first-hand what happens when waste gets out of control!
- We live by the saying “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure” and convert as much waste as we can into energy.
- We’re market leaders in renewable energy tech. If it’s cutting-edge and keeps us sustainable, you can bet we’ve invested in it.
- Every company creates waste. (Yes, even you, Google.) We’re committed to providing innovative solutions to reduce the environmental, economic, and community impact of our partners’ waste streams.
- Energy is important for people, too. We’ve built a company environment that gives employees passion to make a difference, be creative, and master the break room ping-pong table.
OUR CORE VALUES
Lots of things are important to us: good food, art, winning the annual brownie cook-off that that darn Mrs. Nelson must be cheating at. But above all, we have some core values that really guide what we do and who we are. They are:
- Safety takes a lot more than just a trusty hard hat. It’s born from a series of guidelines that are baked into everything we and our partners do. In fact, it’s our number one core value. (Yep, even higher up than the brownie cook-off.) Our commitment to safety is ongoing, and every day it means:
- Protecting our employees above all else in our daily activities
- Keeping our environment safe for our futures
- Recognizing and fixing potential dangers for our customers
- At the end of the day, few things matter more than people you can count on. We make it our top priority to deliver on our service promises to you. Of course, nobody’s perfect. We’ve got a great track record, but occasionally, infrequently, hit-by-a-meteor-while-winning-the-lottery rarely, we mess up. If that happens, we’ll own up to our mistake, learn from it, and do everything we can to make things right.
- If you look past all the sewage (we know, it’s tough), you’ll see that we’re actually an innovation company. Tinkering is at the heart of who we are, and this mindset has helped us evolve from a septic company to a leader in renewable energy programs and wastewater management breakthroughs. (Not that kind of breakthrough. You know what we mean.) We’re proud to be continually finding better ways to serve our customers and communities.
- Team-based Effort. There’s no “I” in Team, and there’s no “I” in Kline’s. Wait a second. What we’re trying to say is, having a company environment that’s incredibly supportive, loyal, and caring is hugely important to us. We insist on creating an atmosphere of collaboration and passion that leads to success for both our employees and our company as a whole.
- Community Investment. The way we see it, getting involved means a lot more than writing checks at charity banquets. Since our founding, we’ve made a point to help strengthen the communities we work and live in with our time, expertise, skills, and financial assistance. The organizations we support are our friends and partners and together we know we’re able to maximize our positive impact on the community. Booyah!
WHO’S ENZO?
ENZO is an Environmental Super Hero, Protector of Mother Earth, Advocate for Sustainability.
Year of birth: Several million years ago, but arrived on Earth in 2008.
Weight: 220lbs
Height: 6′ 0″
Eye Color: Black, but glow green
Hair Color: White
Place of Origin: Opha, a planet similar to Earth in a faraway galaxy, inhabited by humans several million years ago.
Current Residence: A secret lair somewhere in Salunga, PA.
Mission: To save Earth from impending environmental disaster. He cleans up messes that could hurt the environment, and he educates people about the right way to use a septic/sewer system and how to keep it clean.
Known Relatives: Elza (sister), several unnamed Catalysts on similar missions throughout time and space.
Enemies: Hairballs, Clogs, Sludge.
Weakness: Enzo is not immortal and he can be wounded. However, it’s harder to wound him by methods that would injure a human (falls, crashes, violence). These things just drain his energy while he regenerates. The things that are most toxic to Enzo are also the things that are toxic to Earth- harsh chemicals, pollution and garbage.
