We never go home.
Seriously, somebody is always here (we haven’t locked the front door since the Eisenhower administration). That means that whenever you need us – days, nights, weekends, holidays, etc. – we are here and ready to help.
We have a ton of equipment.
Actually, several tons. With over 400 pump trucks, tractors, vacuum and bulk liquid trailers, drain vans, service vehicles, mobile jetters, excavators, power snakes, video units and more, ours is the largest fleet in the industry. That’s why we can serve industrial clients like you, no matter what size your need.
We love Mother Nature.
Not in a creepy way, we just mean that we are good to the environment. Non-hazardous liquid waste systems (the kind found on industrial sites) falls under federal, state, and local Clean Water Act regulations. The rules are complicated! You don’t want beginners learning at your expense. For the safety of everyone, we employ a full-time staff to focus on the ins and outs of environmental compliance. All waste is fully manifested, documented and legally disposed of at a permitted waste water treatment plant.
We’re big and proud (and we shout it out loud).
With locations nearly everywhere across the region, we can respond quickly – and cost-effectively – to both emergency and routine needs.
One word: Training.
Every Kline’s team member has graduated from Wind River University. And while it’s true we have a pathetic school football team, all of our field technicians and associates have been through extensive training with regard to system servicing, preventative maintenance programs, waste disposal regulations and, of course, customer care.
We answer the phone when you call.
That’s right, just like in the old days when companies cared about their customers. We have no answering machines – just friendly-as-all-get out, humans. (Why are we suddenly talking like we’re from Texas?) The point is, when you have an emergency or just a simple question, you want to speak to a real, live person. Yeehah!
We care about you
Lots of companies say that of course, but we live it. We survey a segment of our customers EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, checking in to make sure the day’s work went as planned and tweaking our processes along the way. Our surveys show that 95% of our customers would recommend us to a friend or colleague (we assume the remaining 5% are just shy).
